Privacy Policy
Summary
We collect only what we need to run your readings, keep your account and take payments. We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers.
What we collect
Account: your email address. Readings: the questions you ask, the birth details you enter (date, time, place, gender) and your conversations with the AI reader, which are saved so you can come back to them. Photos you upload (feng shui, decluttering, shopping screenshots, shelves) are sent for analysis and not stored by us. My things: the item names and categories you choose to save. Membership: your subscription status and Stripe customer ID; your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us. Waitlist and reader applications: the details you submit. Security: your IP address is used for rate limiting and fraud prevention.
Stored on your device
The daily horoscope remembers your birth details in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers. We use cookies only to keep you signed in, remember your language and protect forms from bots. If analytics is enabled we use Plausible, which counts visits without cookies and without collecting personal data.
Service providers
We use these providers to run the site: Anthropic (AI readings), OpenAI or Google (AI image editing for feng shui photos), Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), Upstash (rate limiting), Google Fonts (web fonts; your browser requests fonts from Google) and our hosting provider. They process data only to provide their service to us. Some are located outside your country, including in the United States.
How long we keep data
Conversations, birth details and My things stay in your account until you delete them or your account. Subscription records are kept as long as needed for billing, tax and legal obligations. Waitlist entries are kept until we open readings or you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
From your Membership page you can export all your data and delete your account at any time. You can also email us to access, correct or delete your information, or to complain. If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under the GDPR; in California, under the CCPA. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
Children
The service isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
