Refund Policy
First-time members
If you're not happy with your membership, email us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund it in full.
Renewals
If a renewal charged before you meant to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it, as long as the membership hasn't been used since the renewal.
Single purchases
A single report purchase gives you one report credit; a tarot conversation purchase gives you one conversation credit (up to 20 follow-up questions about one draw). If a report fails to generate, or the first answer of a conversation fails, the credit is returned to your account automatically. Unused credits can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your Membership page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
Your consumer rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other consumer laws that apply to you.
