What is an online tarot reading?

A tarot reading draws cards from a 78-card deck around a question you hold, then reads each card by its meaning and its position in the spread. Vedic BaZi uses the Rider-Waite-Smith deck first published in 1909, draws cards at random, and has AI read the spread card by card. Tarot works best as a mirror for your own thinking, not as a verdict on the future.

How the online draw works

  1. 01Write your situation, then silently hold the specific question in mind (you don't type it), the traditional way to draw.
  2. 02Pick a spread: one card for guidance now, three cards for past, present and future, or the 10-card Celtic Cross for a full picture.
  3. 03The deck is shuffled with your browser's cryptographic random generator, and each card has an even chance of being reversed. The AI has no say in which cards come up.
  4. 04The AI reads each card in light of your situation, by meaning, orientation and position, then the story of the whole spread. To voice your question and go deeper, unlock the detailed conversation.

Which spread should you choose?

Tarot reading FAQ

Are online tarot readings accurate?

Tarot is not a prediction tool. Its value is in helping you see a question from a new angle and name concerns you haven't voiced. Vedic BaZi guarantees a truly random draw and a reading tied to the cards you drew, but results are for reflection and entertainment only, not advice for major decisions.

Is the draw really random?

Yes. The shuffle is seeded by your browser's cryptographically secure random generator (crypto.getRandomValues), which also decides whether each card is reversed. The AI only interprets; it never picks cards, so it can't cherry-pick favorable ones.

What's the difference between upright and reversed cards?

Upright usually means the card's energy is expressed freely. Reversed often points to energy that is blocked, suppressed, turned inward, or asking to be approached differently. A reversed card is not a 'bad' card; it is read together with its position and your question.

Can I draw again for the same question?

You can, but redrawing quickly until you get the answer you want defeats the purpose. It's usually better to ask follow-up questions about the cards you first drew, such as 'what is this card really telling me?'
