Who we are
Vedic BaZi (“we”, “us”) operates this website and its AI reading tools. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
For entertainment and self-reflection
Tarot, astrology, BaZi and feng shui readings on this site are offered for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not predictions of fixed outcomes and are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Don't use a reading as the sole basis for an important decision; talk to a qualified professional where appropriate.
AI-generated content
Charts are calculated by deterministic algorithms, but interpretations and chat answers are generated by AI. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You're responsible for how you use it.
Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or subscribe.
Your account
You sign in with an email one-time code. Keep access to your email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account and data at any time from your Membership page.
Fair use
Don't misuse the service: no automated scraping, no attempts to bypass limits, human verification or payment, no unlawful or abusive content in your questions, and no reselling of readings. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
Membership and billing
Membership is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your Membership page; you keep member access until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change for future billing periods with prior notice. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Fair-use limits
“Unlimited” member features have generous daily limits to prevent abuse. Normal personal use won't reach them.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, software and written content belong to us or our licensors. Tarot card images are from the public-domain 1909 Rider-Waite-Smith deck. You may keep and share readings generated for you for personal use.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
